USA Environment, LP (USA) provides a full range of high end environmental services. To compliment our primary resource of personnel, USA owns the equipment required for the construction technologies utilized in the environmental service industry. USA also owns and operates a transportation fleet licensed to haul both hazardous and radioactive materials in 48 states. USA’s history began in 1991 with the formation of USA Environmental Systems, Inc. by Mr. Bret Pardue. USA enjoyed immediate success as we filled a niche providing waste transportation and disposal services. In 1995 USA acquired Ag-Tech Environmental . In 1996 USA acquired Loflin-Cooper Environmental. What we found was that one plus one equaled three and the synergies of the combined companies provided rapid growth in terms of revenue and market share. The company was purchased by USA Waste Services in 1997, who subsequently purchased Waste Management, Inc. In 2000, the company was reformed and added Mike Nalepa and Russell Herrscher as Managing Partners. Mike Nalepa added expertise in the Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) and Low Level Radioactive Material markets and is the company's designated Radiation Safety Officer. Russell Herrscher brought added capabilities in terms of bidding and managing large scale remediation projects.

In October 2006, USA acquired the assets of Hydro-Kleen, LLC based in El Dorado, AR. Hydro-Kleen , which became USA Environment, LLC - Arklatex Division has been providing its clients with diversified, high quality environmental contracting services such as; tank cleaning, industrial services, facility decontamination, demolition, asset recovery and pipeline removal services.

USA now has over 300 full-time employees with revenues around $40 million per year. We offer over ten years of experience, during which time we have completed thousands of remedial actions at individual hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste sites throughout the US in accordance with CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, NRC, and other applicable federal and state regulations. We offer our clients an experience base in remedial and removal actions that address all major classes of contaminants across the full range of media, expedited and emergency response, operation and maintenance, and hands-on technological innovations.
