The USA – STAR ( Safely Terminating All Risk ) Management system is the foundation of our organizational management structure which is based on enterprise wide risk management principals as established by national and international best practices and standards to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability.
By means of assessing our risks, implementing and maintaining pro-active mitigation controls, managing human behavior and constantly observing and measuring our progress and the effectiveness of our performance tools such as near miss reporting, job safety analysis and a network of safety representatives we have not only ingrained safety and responsible action as core values in our organization but have also gained the confidence of our clients who embrace USA as their preferred service provider.
As part of managing our risks, USA’s employees are formally and continuously educated and trained to be qualified to perform their assigned tasks and execute their job descriptions in a responsible manner.
